I am a regular person living a regular life in a large for the Midwest city. I am not a medical or nutritional expert, but I am an educator and expert researcher. I have weight to lose and deeper health issues to correct and I think a high fat/moderate protein/low carb aka ketogenic diet is the way to do it.
